Shipping Policy

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to all cities and regions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (cash-on-delivery orders after phone or message confirmation).

3. Delivery time

• The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page and at checkout.
• Products from local stock usually arrive within 3–7 business days.
• Products shipped from our international partner warehouses usually arrive within 7–15 business days.
• If we are more than 15 days late in delivering beyond the delivery date we gave you, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund, except in cases of force majeure.

4. Shipping fees

Shipping fees, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offer is shown on the website or at checkout. The total at checkout is the full amount you pay — there are no extra charges on delivery.

5. Order tracking

Once your order ships, we send a tracking number by email and/or SMS. Orders containing several products may arrive in separate packages.

6. Delivery address

Please enter your full address, including your National Address (short address) where possible, and a reachable mobile number. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because the courier cannot reach you, re-delivery may be charged.

7. Receiving your order

Please check the package when you receive it. If it is damaged, or the item is wrong or missing, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.
