Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock, the delivery address cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud). If we cancel, we refund any amount paid in full.
Payments are processed securely by licensed payment providers using the methods shown at checkout. talabio does not store your full card details.
Delivery times, fees and tracking are explained in our Shipping Policy. Some products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses inside or outside Saudi Arabia.
In line with the Saudi E-commerce Law, you may return a product within 7 days of receiving it, provided it has not been used. If we are more than 15 days late in delivering your order beyond the delivery date we gave you, you may cancel it and receive a full refund, except in cases of force majeure. If a product arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping costs. Manufacturer warranties apply where stated on the product page.
You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting fraud, interfering with its operation, copying content without permission, or using automated tools to collect data.
The talabio name, logo, website design and content belong to talabio or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
To the extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, talabio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Saudi consumer protection law.
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be referred to the competent courts in Jeddah. You may also contact the Ministry of Commerce about any consumer complaint.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of your order applies to that order.
